It’s due to the resource limitations of the last gen game consoles, you had to reuse a lot of resources to make it fit with the limited memory, slow drives and pathetically low CPU power restraints. Sadly the last couple of years everyone has been still making their games PS4 and Xbox One compatible which limits the game on PC and on the new consoles.

For im tired of seeing the same face over and over. CDPR even have the same faces for NPCs as the characters you interact with. Don’t know why they’d do this besides laziness. It’s so damn immersion breaking.
