It’s definitely possible and already done before. Days gone is another UE4 dx11 title that has zero stuttering issues since launch. It only had minor problems that got fixed soon. You know why? Because the creators themselves decided to make it better on PC. And it shows.

No doubt striking distance will fix these issues but it’s the first impression that they mark on their faithful audience by adding denuvo on top of the quality of port they delivered at launch.
If it’d be a good example, maybe more devs will test their pc titles prior to launch.
