No your right this is very true, I agree.

Housemarque is an awesome company and one of the coolest group of down to earth devs you can meet in the industry(they actually talk to you and care and they even make their own game tech). Basically this is not a shop you should hate on even if they are tied to Sony by a large percentage(which I know sucks just like any other dev shop that is in this position).

As a gamer I know exclusives for any platform sucks hard core(we want all those games on our PC) but I also 100% understand as a dev why this happens. Give them a little slack they are just trying to survive, hooking up to a console for exclusives is security and is what it is.

Exactly, and I am not singling out Housemarque. Everyone should ditch intel servers if they can, of course the financial hit initially would be large but long term you would save especially on upgrade paths, maintenance and of course the performance increase would be huge compared to staying with intel right now.

They didn’t do it for free. They needed a publisher to fund their projects.
