I can say with no hesitation the patch has fixed the majority of performance issues I was having. Frame pacing and cpu usage are much much better after today’s new update. The streaming issue when on a bike remains to a degree, but it at least sticks to around fifty frames now and not right down to the previous sub thirty.

While I will not defend the state WB stupidly decided to release the game in today’s patch has made a significant difference, and here’s hoping for many more improvements to come. I will have to go against the consensus here and say it’s a fun if currently flawed game that everyone should try out if ever available as part of a heavy sale or gets moved to game pass.
