I find performance to be better with 3080@4k. Still has issues can’t use dlss or ray tracing but can maintain 60+fps more now and the only dips are driving bike and they are less severe than before.

Funny enough if you downgrade the game version to older one from 21.10.2022, it’s far more stable, almost zero stuttering.
