The team behind the ambitious mod for Fallout 4, Fallout 4: Capital Wasteland, has released a brand new gameplay video from it. This video showcases 12 minutes of gameplay footage from the game’s alpha build.

As we’ve already reported, Fallout 4: Capital Wasteland is a total conversion mod for Fallout 4. This mod aims to remake Fallout 3 in the Fallout 4 engine. Thus, the following gameplay video will give you an idea of what you can expect from it.

Fallout 4: Capital Wasteland promises to feature all the quests, dialogues and locations from Fallout 3. The team will be also experimenting with the newest weather options in Fallout 4’s Creation Engine to establish the same grimy and oppressive tone as the original game.

As the team noted, the following gameplay footage does not represent the quality of the final version. Naturally, some things may change during its development cycle. All the voices are also placeholders and do not represent the quality of what the team aims to achieve.

There is currently no ETA on when this Fallout 3 Remake in Fallout 4 will come out. Still, we’ll be sure to keep you posted about its development.
