My guess is they slowed down/sped up/cut some animations in this scene so that the dialogue would fit better without having to pad in extra words or animations for Japanese . Lighting on the new video is just hundreds of times better. Overall looks miles better now minus all the clipping.

This game started off well but because it picked up hype…it attracted big investors who then started moulding the game their way…which is why they had delays and development time of 8 years. The end product is going to be a mediocre game. Will we ever see the original idea of cyberpunk 2077? Maybe in their expansion…maybe not.
