Dark Souls live-action AI

This is what a faithful Dark Souls live-action movie could have looked like

The AI revolution is almost upon us. In the past, we’ve seen AI creating/generating paintings, and today we get to see something that most Dark Souls gamers will appreciate. So, have you ever wondered what a Dark Souls movie could have looked like? Well, time to find out. The following images were generated by AI, and can give us an idea of exactly that.

What I find really fascinating here is that this does feel like Dark Souls. In fact, this may be the only way we can get a faithful live-action adaptation of Dark Souls. After all, we’ve seen studios taking liberties and changing A LOT of things when adapting video games to movies. Uncharted, Mortal Kombat 2021, Resident Evil… the list is endless.

What I find really ironic here is that by using the AI, we might get live-action movies that are more faithful to their source material. We might get movies without pushing agendas or secret messages or whatever. And, in a sense, this is sad. If we have to rely on the AI for such simple things, then things have already gone to hell.

But anyway, I’m certain that at some point in the future, the AI will be able to fully generate live-action movies on the fly. It may not happen in the next decade, but that’s certainly the future. For now, enjoy these Dark Souls AI-generated live-action images!
