2K Games is to blame for Serious Sam 2’s cartoon-ish style

We are pretty sure that most PC gamers share our opinion; while Serious Sam: The First and Second Encounter were amazing games, their sequel was somewhat lacking that seriousness of old Sammy boy. Although it had hilarious cut-scenes, it was more of a cartoon-ish joke parody. Borderlands 2 – First Details Unveiled

Get ready everyone as the first details about Borderlands 2 have just been unveiled. According to GameInformer, the game will feature among other things interacting dialogue for players, dynamic story missions, unique styling, color, personality for each manufacturer and improved NPCs. Duke Nukem Forever DLC announced

Gearbox Software announced today the first DLC for Duke Nukem Forever. This first pack will be called “Hail to the Icons Parody” and is slated for an Autumn release on X360, PC and PS3. Bioshock Infinite – Dev Diary showcases Tears: Windows Into Other Worlds

2K Games released a new developer diary for Bioshock Infinite. As Ken Levine describes, Elizabeth is not a scientist but she has the ability to interact with a kind of science that has been done in this period and the kind of science that has been done by Einstein and others. Every citizen can see the tears of Columbia but Elizabeth can interact with them. As a result of that, she can pull objects into your world or materialise any one of a number of different tears. Duke Nukem Forever PC Performance Analysis

Most of you pretty much know what happened with Duke Nukem Forever so we won’t discuss extensively its development cycle. For those that don’t, here is how the story goes more or less. 3D Realms developed the PC version with an enhanced Unreal engine and was shut down, about two years ago. After its closure, Triptych Games decided to continue the game’s development and due to their hard work, the PC version of DNF was almost finished. Gearbox Software then stepped in and acquired the game’s rights. With Piranha Games’ help, the company polished, ported the PC version to consoles and added the multiplayer mode.
